Point of Measure Manuals

Point of Measure manuals ensure the design company, their production partners, and auditors are using the same system of measurement to evaluate product.  We have put together these How-to-Measure Guidelines to ensure both parties are using the same terminology to describe measurements.  In addition to descriptive terms of how to take each measurement, there are illustrations showing each point of measure on a garment.  This standardization will ensure consistency and accuracy in measuring. Correctly measuring garments is essential to achieve the high quality your customers require.  

The Point of Measure manuals show each point of measure (POM) individually.  POM's are coded and categorized by area of the body.  

Additionally, POMs are all coordinated to Grade Rule manuals, so POM numbers match up to grade rules.
